Core Ingredients:

  • Smoked Salmon – 8–12 oz, folded, layered or rolled into soft ribbons

  • Crackers, Bagel Chips or Bagels – 4–6 assorted (everything, plain, sesame), sliced in halves or quarters

  • Cream Cheese – 2 flavors: 

    • Classic plain

    • Herb (chive & dill or garlic herb)

  • Red Onion, thinly sliced into rings

  • Lemons – 1–2, sliced into wedges or thin wheels

  • Tomatoes – sliced or cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Fresh Dill – for garnish and layering

  • Capers – 2–3 tablespoons, drained, served in a small bowl or sprinkled around

  • Everything but the Bagel Seasoning – in a pinch bowl or sprinkled over cream cheese
