Core Ingredients:
Smoked Salmon – 8–12 oz, folded, layered or rolled into soft ribbons
Crackers, Bagel Chips or Bagels – 4–6 assorted (everything, plain, sesame), sliced in halves or quarters
Cream Cheese – 2 flavors:
Classic plain
Herb (chive & dill or garlic herb)
Red Onion, thinly sliced into rings
Lemons – 1–2, sliced into wedges or thin wheels
Tomatoes – sliced or cherry tomatoes, halved
Fresh Dill – for garnish and layering
Capers – 2–3 tablespoons, drained, served in a small bowl or sprinkled around
Everything but the Bagel Seasoning – in a pinch bowl or sprinkled over cream cheese
